STANDARD AND CUSTOM ORDERS REQUIRE FULL PAYMENT TO COMMENCE THE ORDER. PRICES MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. LEAD TIMES BEGIN WITH RECEIPT OF PAYMENT AND ORDER DETAILS WILL BE CONFIRMED PRIOR TO ORDER. 

OUR HANDMADE PRODUCTS:
ALL OUR PRODUCTS ARE HANDMADE. VARIATIONS IN COLOUR AND TEXTURE FOR ALL COMPONENTS SHOULD BE EXPECTED AND NOT BE SEEN AS IMPERFECTIONS. UNLACQUERED BRASS FINISHES WILL CHANGE IN APPEARANCE AND AGE OVER TIME. THIS ADDS TO THE CHARACTER AND PATINA OF THE BRASS AND IS PART OF THE OVERALL DESIGN AESTHETIC.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS/CANCELLATIONS:
CUSTOMERS MAY MODIFY OR CANCEL AN ORDER UP TO 48 HOURS AFTER HAVING PLACED THE ORDER. ANY REQUESTS TO MODIFY/CANCEL THE ORDER FOLLOWING THIS GRACE PERIOD WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR SALES CONSULTANT OR EMAIL info@wearefabr.com

RETURNS:
ALL OUR FIXTURES ARE MADE TO ORDER, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.

WARRANTY:
FABR FIXTURES ARE GUARANTEED FOR ONE YEAR AFTER RECEIPT (NOT INSTALLATION) AGAINST MECHANICAL DEFECTS. FABR WILL REPAIR OR REPLACE DEFECTIVE COMPONENTS WITHIN REASON. HARD-WIRED LIGHT FIXTURES ARE CE AND CA CERTIFIED AND IP44 RATED ZONE 2 FOR BATHROOMS. FIXTURES ARE LABELLED CLEARLY WITH THE MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE WATTAGE. USE OF HIGHER WATTAGE BULBS THAN INDICATED WILL FORFEIT WARRANTY.  FABR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SUBJECT THE CLAIM TO AN INSPECTION. IF THE PRODUCT IS CONFIRMED DEFECTIVE, WE WILL HAPPILY SEND A REPLACEMENT.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
1. DAMAGE CAUSED BY IMPROPER CLEANING SOLUTIONS OR METHODS.

2. DAMAGE CAUSED BY IMPROPER INSTALLATION OR ASSEMBLY BY THE CUSTOMER OR THE CUSTOMER’S AGENT.

3. DAMAGE TO OUR FIXTURES, PARTS OF OUR FIXTURES, OR SHADES CAUSED BY THE IMPROPER USE OF LIGHT BULBS.

4. DAMAGE CAUSED BY EXPOSURE TO WEATHER OR IMPROPER ENVIRONMENT.

5. CHANGES IN THE APPEARANCE OF UN-LACQUERED FINISHES. THESE ARE MEANT TO AGE IN APPEARANCE.

6. ANY COSTS OF INSTALLATION, REMOVAL, OR RE-INSTALLATION.

7. RESTORATION OR REPAIR WORK.

8. ANY PARTS PURCHASED SEPARATELY FROM OUR LIGHT FIXTURES

DAMAGES:
DAMAGES MUST BE DOCUMENTED AND REPORTED WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT. PLEASE EXAMINE THE CONDITION OF THE BOX YOUR ORDER CAME IN BEFORE SIGNING THE DELIVERY RECEIPT. FABR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGES REPORTED AFTER THIS TIME. IF DAMAGE HAS OCCURRED IN SHIPPING ALL PACKAGING MUST BE RETAINED BY RECEIVER AND PHOTOGRAPHS DOCUMENTED OF THE DAMAGED BOX BEFORE OPENING OF THE BOX. ON OPENING OF THE BOX, SHOULD THE PRODUCT BE DAMAGED PLEASE TAKE PHOTOS AND REPORT THE ISSUE TO YOUR SALES CONSULTANT OR EMAIL  info@wearefabr.com IF THE PRODUCT IS DETERMINED AS DEFECTIVE, WE WILL SEND YOU A REPLACEMENT AND RECLAIM THE DEFECTIVE LAMP (WHICH MUST BE UNASSEMBLED AND IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING). FAILURE TO CARRY OUT ANY OF THESE INSTRUCTIONS MAY INVALIDATE ANY CLAIM.
